Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of defective, incorrect, or damaged items received at delivery. Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. Custom Items
Customised, or altered items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect due to our error.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

- Altered items
- Used or washed items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
